bridesmaids

I made these glasses for my niece for her wedding for this last weekend. They were for all of her bridesmaids and matron of honor and she gave them as a gift to each girl. The glasses match each girl with personalizing of there name of the back of the glass. There dresses for the wedding were red with a wide strap that went over one shoulder and I also matched there hair color and style. The girls loved them. They each have big busts, the one on the right doesnt have a bust because that one was for my daughter and she is only 14 years old so she went all nat-tur-al. They each have long lashes, eyeshadow and I used swaroski rhinestone crystals black for there earings and bracelets! Hope you enjoy these gals!!!

tote-ally tess

I went to my up lines Christmas party and had to bring a gift so I hand painted the new tote-ally tess stamp from the 2010 stampin up mini. It is painted with glass paint and then baked so it will stay on and you can hand wash it. The girl that got it LOVED IT!. I hope you like it to!

SIP challenge revised

This challenge was a bit difficult when you cant use any embellishments or ribbon WHAT!!!! NO PUNCHES!!!!! Punches are my life I cant live with out them.

So the only thing different on this one than the one below is I added a build a brad and old olive ribbon. Also I used the slit punch and modern label and window punches.

and WOW! I sure do like it better than the one below.

SIP ...stamps, ink and paper only! NO PUNCHES, RIBBONS OR EMBELLISHMENTS ALLOWED

The so shelli challenge is for SIP... stamps, ink and paper ONLY!!! NO PUNCHES, RIBBON OR EMBELLISHMENT ALLOWED!!!!

Which this challenge was definitely a challenge. Of course the adding of a brad, ribbon, button or even a punch would make it pop but, I couldnt because that's not what the challenge called for.

supplies: (all stampin up unless noted other wise)

stamps: medallion(i love it), teen tiny wishes

ink: old olive, rich razzleberry, orchid opulence classic stampin pads. versa mark, stampin pastel chalks

paper: cottage wall designer series paper, orchid opulence, old olive rich razzleberry and whisper white cardstock.

access: paper snips ( i cut the happy birthday banner by hand) NO PUNCHES ALLOWED!!!, sponge daubers.

technique: I first stamped the medallion in versa mark and then i took the sponge daubers and chalk and rubbed it on the versa mark and that is how it came out looking like this. For the green strip of paper I cut a thin piece and bent it back and fourth and then peeled it apart and then it separtates and it gives a cool techure!
